Cheesy Pesto Crescent Ring

AuthorKalleyDifficultyBeginner
Yields8 Servings
Prep Time15 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time35 mins
10 oz Flaky & Buttery Crescent Rolls
6 oz Basil Pesto Sauce (you'll use about half the jar)
 2 Chopped Roma Tomatoes
 1 cup Chopped Spinach
 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
 5 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
 Cooking spray
1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate the crescent rolls and spread them on a large baking sheet greased with cooking spray. You want to arrange them like the picture, in a large circle with corners overlapping and smaller ends pointing out.

2

Spread as much pesto as you want on the circle with a spoon. Then the spinach and the tomatoes. I usually buy frozen chopped spinach and thaw it in the microwave for a minute.

3

Next, sprinkle the feta crumbles all over the circle. Then you will put a little mozzarella on each triangle before you fold it over the filling. Give it a little squish in the middle so it's closed completely and if there's extra dough fold it back a little like I did in the picture.

4

Once the ring is all closed up, bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the dough is browned and slightly crispy. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
