my top 5 favorite youtube workout channels that are totally free

Anyone else love a good home workout? I don’t like to get ready and drive to a gym only to have people watch me awkwardly workout LOL, and I also don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a class or trainer. If you’re on a budget but don’t want to sacrifice your health, I’m sharing my favorite YouTube accounts that offer awesome, doable at-home workouts and classes for FREE.

I have used all of these at various points of my life and highly recommend them. Some also have paid content but there’s plenty of free videos to last you forever.

These are in no particular order – enjoy!

popsugar fitness

These workouts are some of my fav! Most are pretty challenging and will leave you sore the next day. They have sooo many videos and a huge variety so if you like high or low intensity, barre, hip hop dance, or really anything, there’s something for you! There are also male trainers which is a nice change too. Click here to check them out!

tone it up

These girls are so fun and inspiring! I love their ab workouts and they had a few good prenatal ones for free as well that I did when I was pregnant. There’s an app you can join and pay for live classes but I really enjoy the freebies on YouTube. They have a wide variety of types of workouts too. Click here to check them out!

I did so many of Amy’s prenatal workouts when I was pregnant and they are awesome! The workouts felt like a challenge which I loved, but were safe and perfect for pregnancy. She also has great regular workouts as well. Click here to check out her channel!

yoga with adriene

These videos are sooo good for any level of yoga. I love how simple Adriene makes it and I guarantee you’ll feel amazing even after a 10 minute flow. If you’ve never done yoga before but want to, this is definitely a good place to start. Click here to check out her channel!

yoga with kassandra

Kassandra is more for intermediate to advanced yogis and her videos are longer. I LOVE doing these videos when I want a longer flow that’s going to be a challenge and great workout. When I was doing yoga every day, I did a lot of Kassandra’s videos after I felt like I had a good grip on my practice! Click here to check out her channel!
