Hey crocheters! I have a brand new blanket pattern for you that is extra cozy. I made it with Hobbii Daily Stitch Wool Blend which is a heavy worsted acrylic/wool blend that is thick and warm. I have wanted to make a solid granny square blanket in a neutral color for a long time now, and I’m so happy with the results! You can make your blanket in any color, of course!

Details
This blanket is made of 64 individual squares which are slip stitched together. There is a border crocheted around the blanket at the very end.
This pattern is for intermediate beginners and includes video tutorials for the squares, as well as the slip stitch method for joining the squares. These videos can be found on the my YouTube channel.
Materials
10 skeins of Daily Stitch Wool Blend color Oatmilk (03)
Crochet hook 6 mm / US J/10
Tapestry needle
Measuring tape
Scissors
Yarn
I used Hobbii Daily Stitch Wool Blend in the color Oatmilk. This yarn is 80% Acrylic, 20% Wool. 100g / 3.5 oz = 168m / 183yds.
You will need 10 skeins to make the same size blanket I did. Each skein makes approximately 6 squares.
Gauge
One square motif = 5.5×5.5” (14x14cm)
Size
Finished blanket – 45×45” (114.5×114.5cm).
To make your blanket bigger, make more squares. You will need more skeins for a bigger blanket.

Fasten off and weave in all ends.
Joining
Arrange all 64 squares in an 8 by 8 square formation. Join together using the slip stitch method. You can find a video tutorial here.

Border
Starting in one corner of the blanket, single crochet around in the back loops only for 2 rounds. Fasten off and weave in all ends.
When you come to a space where two corners were joined, crochet into both loops in the first corner, then crochet into the slip stitch, then crochet into both loops on the other corner.
